What do I do when my apartment or home needs maintenance?
We do our best to keep our houses and apartments for rent in Billings, Montana in good condition and prefer that you contact us promptly when you have a concern so we can handle it right away. For most issues, call us at (406) 655-4244 between 8 am–5 pm Monday – Friday or send us a maintenance request online. When necessary, our maintenance staff is ready and willing to come out and serve you for emergencies 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please use common sense as to what constitutes an emergency so that they can enjoy their evenings and weekends with their families just like you do.
Our emergency hotline number is 655-4244. During normal business hours we will answer your call. After hours, please have a pen ready and listen to the recording for the phone number of the emergency contact person. Write down their phone number so that you can call them when the message is finished playing.
Do you allow pets in your apartments and homes for rent?
The houses and apartments for rent that allow pets require an additional deposit. Other houses and apartments for rent only allow small pets which are those that weigh under 25 pounds when they are full grown.
How do I get set up with the utility companies at my new rental home?
We will provide you with a list of the utility companies and highlight the companies that you will need to call and set up your utilities in your name. On some properties we will be billed for your utilities and then bill you along with your rent.
Is it ok if new family members or friends move in later?
Yes, that is fine as long as they go through our application process and are approved. Then we will proceed after they are approved on the application and put their name on the lease along with yours. We want to maintain safe living conditions for everyone in our homes and apartments for rent in Billings, Montana and the surrounding areas.
What if I need to break my lease?
If you break your lease you will need to pay for advertising costs and your rent until the property that you vacated is rented. This is stated on your lease and explained to you when you are signing your lease.
What happens if I have trouble paying my rent one month?
If you know that you are going to have trouble paying your rent one month please feel free to call our office and tell us. We will then put your name in our payment arrangement book and you will not be charged late fees for your rent being late.
