When you've decided on the apartment or home you want to rent, please fill out an application form. There is a required application fee for each applicant 18 years of age or older for all rentals in Montana. All application fees are non-refundable.

Metro will accept online payment, cash, cashier's check, or money order for the application fee. Next, we will verify your references and run a credit report. Once you're approved for one of our rentals we'll contact you to schedule your move-in date and lease signing. Then we'll send you off with the keys and our best wishes to enjoy your new home!

Fill it out completely and legibly and either fax, mail or drop it by our office. Pay your application fee online or payment must accompany application when turned in.
